You can install CI HUB Connector Professional through the Salesforce AppExchange or the installation method provided by your administrator. Once installed, the connector becomes available within your Salesforce environment.

Before installation, you should have valid CI HUB credentials, access to a supported DAM system, and the necessary Salesforce permissions to install and configure applications.

After opening the CI HUB panel, log in using your CI HUB credentials. You can then add your DAM connection, authenticate it, and start accessing approved assets directly from Salesforce.

Yes. Once connected, users can search and access approved assets stored in the DAM without leaving Salesforce. This helps teams find the content they need while working on customer and sales activities.

CI HUB brings DAM content directly into the Salesforce workspace, reducing the need to switch between platforms. This helps teams work more efficiently while ensuring they use approved and up-to-date assets.
