2021 was an incredibly busy year for the CI HUB team! Here is a closer look back on some incredible achievements from the past year.
We added so many amazing integrations to help us tell our story and show the value of CI HUB for every organisation. Some of our latest integrations include Censhare, Keepeek, Marvia, OMN, Adobe Workfront, Opentext, Sitefusion, Brandfolder, Aprimo, Cliplister, Adstream, Widen, Dash, Veeva, Imageshop, Box.com, Unsplash and Fadel.
Training & Tutorials
Additionally, we created more than 20 hours of training videos to help our users master their work and discover how the CI HUB Connector can benefit their daily workflow. Head over to our Academy section or to Youtube to watch our tutorials created by our Head of Customer Success, Gerd Glaser.
Events and Webinars
Our CEO, Andreas Michalski and members of the team, participated in amazing events such as the DAM Helsinki Conference 2021, OnDAM Paris 2021, the Design + Accessibility Summit & Essential How-To Conference for CreativePros by Creative pro, MyView Customer and User Days, Widen Summit, CELUMIUM 2021- Summer edition and many many more. We also participated in 17 webinars, including some very interesting Henry Stewart Webinars, with more than 6.250 attendees.
This year we had an amazing opportunity to become sponsors at the Adobe MAX 2021 (Platinum sponsorship) and Pimcore Inspire 2021 (Gold sponsorship). These events gave us an amazing opportunity to interact with so many of you. Making the CI HUB Connector better every week
Last but not least, the most important thing! Our team invested every minute to make it better for all of you. We’ve spent more than 11.000 hours delivering some amazing things:
- 5 additional application integrations: Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides), Figma & Sketch.
- Delivered 46 updates to our users, including improvements, new features and fixes
- Responded to every support ticket in less than 3 hours
- Spend more than 11.000 hours of development resources into delivering the product our users love
- Introduced a new flexible pricing model
