About CI HUB:

CI HUB provides seamless access to 60+ Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems directly inside the tools where work happens — including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and more. We’re a team of around 50 people, profitable, and growing in a large, underserved market with significant upside. Our products sit at the intersection of user workflows, integrations, and platform strategy — helping companies bring their content into the tools their teams already use. The Role:

We need someone who can make users feel they have superpowers whenever they touch our products. You'll be the design lead across our portfolio of 7 interconnected products, including sign-up and upgrade flows. Some have proven product-market fit but need better adoption. Some are greenfield in the emerging field of AI-native. All of them need a designer who makes complex enterprise workflows feel effortless. This is a product design role first: the priority is UX, with UI skills to bring your solutions to life. You'll set the bar for product design quality and speed across the company.

What You'll Do:

1. Own and personally deliver end-to-end product design across all products and the gaps between: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, UX writing, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, usability testing
2. Work inside empowered product teams alongside Product Managers to discover and deliver solutions customers and users love
3. Apply UX methodologies including jobs-to-be-done, interaction design patterns, heuristic evaluation, build-measure-learn cycles using data and user feedback
4. Expand and evolve our design system across web-based onboarding, desktop apps, plugins, AI apps, and browser extensions
5. Coach our existing UI designer to her next level. Be a sparring partner for a senior PM with excellent design skills
6. Build a design culture that punches above its weight & delivers at multi-product scale
   
   

What We're Looking For:

1. 5+ years product design experience, incl. 1+ years in a senior or lead role
2. Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking in enterprise/B2B product design
3. You push into discovery, not wait to be handed requirements, and work hand-in-hand with product managers to deliver improvements that move the needle.
4. Understanding of corporate user environments and what matters to IT, Brand, and Digital Asset managers and their knowledge worker teams.
5. Self-directed, comfortable working remotely without waiting for instructions
6. Experience using advanced AI techniques to move faster and explore more (think Figma Make, Claude Cowork, UX Pilot, n8n AI automations, etc)
7. Proficient in Figma. Experience in Canva, Adobe CC and Express beneficial
8. Fluent English required. German a plus
9. Willing to work with 4+ hours overlap with German business hours
