Product Manager - Platform & Creative Products

Position Overview:

You’ll own multiple products end to end: discovery, delivery, go-to-market. You’ll talk to users, convince buyers, and work with reseller partners to get your products into the right hands. CI HUB provides seamless access to 60+ Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems directly inside the tools where work happens — including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and more. We’re a team of around 50 people, profitable, and growing in a large, underserved market with significant upside. Our products sit at the intersection of user workflows, integrations, and platform strategy — helping companies bring their content into the tools their teams already use. We work remotely, communicate in English, and value ownership, direct feedback, and strong engineering practices.

 

What You'll Do:

  1. Own product discovery and delivery for platform products & our flagship creative product, driving the process from problem framing through to shipping.
  2. Validate with users and buyers, prioritize feature requests from partners, customers and stakeholders against strategy and impact.
  3. Use industry insights, data, user research, partner & stakeholder feedback and experimentation to make decisions.
  4. Ship iteratively in a build-measure-learn cadence in close partnership with engineering teams and designers.
  5. Optimize sign-up, onboarding & purchase flows to improve growth metrics.
  6. Own go-to-market for your products: work with customer success to educate existing users, with marketing and partner teams to reach resellers and prospects, and make sure new features and improvements don't launch into silence.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3-5 years product management experience in B2B SaaS.

  2. Experience with platform products and/or growth & expansion flows.

  3. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products is a very strong advantage.

  4. You push into discovery and bring solutions to the table, but also deliver well against a brief when needed.

  5. Understanding of (or genuine curiosity about) reseller/channel go-to-market model.

  6. You get how corporate buyers and users think and make purchasing decisions.

  7. Structured thinker who can juggle multiple products without losing focus.

  8. Great at statistical analysis & destilling useful insights from data.

  9. A "whatever it takes" attitude: you'd rather find a scrappy way forward than write a perfect plan that goes nowhere.

  10. Experience using advanced AI techniques to work faster and multiply your output.

  11. Fluent English required. German a plus.

  12. Willing to work with 4+ hours overlap with German business hours.
