Generative AI was obviously, front and center in a lot of the talks, catch the On Demand talks here, and as we are all aware, this is going to lead to a complete revolution in the marketing and advertising messaging.

The one thing that has been hard to execute as a marketer, is personalization at scale. We all know that <<Mail merge>> is not personalization, but it is something that we can do at scale. Creating genuinely personalized content at scale needed either a huge marketing team or an extremely small addressable market.
