This solution directly connects SAM (Switzerland Asset Management), Switzerland Tourism’s central digital asset management system, to both Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
This integration enables employees worldwide to directly search for images from SAM within their native applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, or Photoshop.
They can filter and select the desired assets, which are then automatically inserted in the appropriate format and optimized size. A key feature is the automatic conversion of high-resolution TIF files into memory-saving formats like JPG or PNG when used, which helps to keep file sizes small and ensures compatibility with Office products, all without any manual conversion or temporary storage.
