On the 16th and 17th November 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting Outlook24 at the AXICA Berlin. This event was the opportunity for Partners, Integrators, and Resellers to understand the new and exciting products and opportunities from CI HUB.
On day one, this was more commercial focus with a word from Andreas Michalski about the vision of the future, revealing the two new product lines from CI HUB: CI HUB Connector Corporate and CI HUB Drive.
Both of these new products were received well by the audience, and it was quickly agreed, that they would both be an enormous addition to the CI HUB product line and also to the entire DAM world.
Gerd Glaser then took over, giving an overview of the new CI HUB Connector Corporate. Here he focused on the reasons why the new product was being created and for which target group.
“The Corporate version is much more for the casual user, where accessing an asset is the main goal.” – Gerd Glaser, CI HUB CSO. There will be much more information coming about this in the future and for a fuller picture, the presentations and recordings are in Sales Club!
Our Head of Marketing, Nick Stein then presented the marketing opportunities that are available to our resellers. This including going through the marketing successes and the upcoming opportunities. These will be available in the co-marketing guide in Sales Club.
We already revealed the CI HUB Connector Corporate but now was the time for something we have kept under wraps…CI HUB Drive!
This was presented by our new Product Manager, Stephane Klein live from Australia - yes we do allow remote work from anywhere on the globe - and let’s just say, the response from those in attendance, was like a Beyonce concert, the phones were out, recording the whole presentation.
Next we had Colin Nimz who presented our key sales tips. We have been working closer with our resellers to identify the levers available to really push adaptation of CI HUB Connector. This is to benefit all parties involved, Resellers, Users, and CI HUB.
He discussed various tactics and followed by showing all the templates, documents etc that are available in Sales Club to help increase your sales.
In the glow of the Brandenburg gate, we enjoyed a dinner which was filled with laughter, stories, fantastic food, with drinks to match. It is safe to say that a great time was had by all and the evening ended in front of a fireplace with a fantastic cocktail.
After showing the products and how we can market and sell together, it was time to look under the hood of the products and see what is going on.
Philipp Händler, Head of Integration Development, walked us through the improvements and features that have been added recently, as well as the processes on the integrations, maintenance and onboarding.
He then followed this up by a deeper dive in to the updates and the technical features, with a focus on both the new products.
In the very short future, the CI HUB product line will be increasing to 3 separate products.
